I'm a Certified Health and Life Coach. I received my certifications from, The Health Coach Institute in 2017.

My journey started about 5 years ago when my mom was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and Type 1 diabetes. Through researching ways to help her in the most natural way, I came across health coaching.

I know we often recognize that we want something to change in our lives, but we aren’t sure how to make it happen. Sometimes we don’t know what to do to change our situation, but more often it’s that we’re stuck in a rut and don’t know how to get out of it. 95% of our behavior occurs out of habit, either unconsciously or in reaction to external demands. That’s why we struggle to make changes that last. Even when the need for change is obvious and our intentions are strong, we often fall short.

Without the right support and accountability, the cycle of unhealthy habits continues. That’s where Coaches come in. They provide the right SYSTEM, SUPPORT and ACCOUNTABILITY so you can FINALLY make a total transformation in your life that you deserve.



Hi, I’m Maggie!





I'm an integrative clinical nutritionist and health coach from the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I have a masters degree in nutrition and integrative health and I'm currently training to be an Ayurvedic wellness coach. My love affair with local food began way back in 2008 when I saw the documentary Food Inc. But, I really discovered the healing power of real, local, organic food when I worked on an organic farm in Hawaii. Now helping other women heal their bodies with healthy food is my life’s passion. 


I have been where you have before. I have struggled with hormonal imbalance, fatigue, chronic stress, and all of the guilt and confusion that comes along w/ food. This course teaches many of the lessons I've learned along my journey.


I believe eating pizza with friends is healthier than eating a gluten-free, sugar-free smoothie bowl alone. I believe that the guilt from eating the food you think you shouldn’t eat is worse for your health than the actual food is. I believe no food is inherently “good" or “bad.” I believe in 80-20. In progress over perfection. In knowledge + intuition. Because while its important to be educated on healthy food, our inner voice is the greatest wisdom we can follow.
